Talents, Powers, & Abilities: As a werecat, she possesses the ability to assume a human form under the light of the full moon, heightened senses, excellent night vision, the ability to move near-silently, an innate sense of balance, and incredible agility. These talents, combined with training from a young age, have made her an exceptional gymnast. Other skills of note include singing, playing classical instruments (flute, violin, and piano), and sewing/tailoring.

Appearance:
Werecat Form (default) - 5'2, with luxuriously soft midnight-black fur that covers her entire body and glittering gold eyes. Both her feline nose and the inside of her ears are a soft pink. Her fangs and claws are both well-kept, and tend to catch the light. Has a long, feathery tail.
Human Form (under the light of the full moon) - Though she retains her glittering golden eyes, underneath her fur Cleo's skin is a medium-brown.
Magically dyes her long, wavy hair a pale silvery-blue reminiscent of the moonlight. Regardless of form, she favors soft and shimmery fabrics in various colors (though often pastel and usually some shade of blue or purple), often found in skirts and dresses in a variety of styles. Favors high heels to give her extra height. Often wears bold makeup and elaborate accessories (she's particularly fond of pearls, and anything made from a specific type of silver that's werebeast-safe).
Personality: It's often said amongst humans that cats remember the days when they were worshipped as gods. This is a pretty apt description of Cleo, all things considered: she often considers herself to be inherently ranked above most other monsters. This isn't to say that she's mean, exactly--just exceedingly self-centered and somewhat vain, and not always all that considerate. Underneath her catlike attitude, she's clever, innovative, and an exceedingly loyal friend. She also happens to have both a severe mischievous streak and an interest in witchcraft.
History: Cleo is essentially werecat royalty, born to former werebeast council representative and current violinist (her mother) and a pianist (her father). She is the middle child of three daughters, raised in New Salem. She grew up wealthy, with an abundance of freedom to explore her interests and passions, and trained from a young age in gymnastics as well as music, earning several local awards of the years. Her fiercest passion lies in fashion and design, but she enjoys learning things about an array of subjects and has recently taken up witchcraft.
